Armed Forces Covenant Bronze Award

Learn Technique receives Bronze Award in the Employer recognition Scheme operated by the Armed Forces Covenant.

We are pleased to announce that we have been granted a Bronze Award in recognition of our support and involvement with the Armed Forces Covenant.

Technique recruitment recognises the part that the Armed Forces play in our lives, and has a long tradition of supporting the Armed Forces and employing ex-service personnel where possible. In fact, we positively encourage applications from members of the Armed Forces, and regularly find Service Personnel applying to train with us on one of our various courses as a way of transitioning seamlessly into civilian life.

Learn Technique signed the Armed Forces Covenant for the first time in 2019, and have now achieved the Bronze Award. We signed in order to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to treating Service Personnel and their families with fairness and respect, and recognise their dedication and sacrifice to serving our Country.
